Jason George, Phil Keoghan, and Wayne Brady Played Pickleball for a Good Cause

The second annual Emmys Pickleball Slam drew Jason George (Grey's Anatomy), Phil Keoghan, Wayne Brady, celebrity chef Jet Tila, and others for a doubles tournament and auction benefiting the Television Academy Foundation's education programs. The Foundation funds pathways into the television industry for aspiring storytellers who don't already have a foot in the door.

Three competition brackets, a red carpet, and an awards ceremony rounded out the day. The event raised funds to keep those programs running. That is the Studio City Foundation's answer to an industry that otherwise runs heavily on who you know.
